It's the perfect way to guarantee that she'll get a gift she loves -- without all the hassle of wishlists or color options or choosing the right size.

Each digital gift card creates a unique code that your gift card recipient can enter at checkout, subtracting the gift card value from their order total! E-gift cards can be used towards any LeMel product online or in-store.

The value does not expire. You will be emailed with a digital E-gift card that you you can print or forward to the recipient.

This gift card is nonrefundable and never expires.

Delivery Timelines

To estimate delivery time, please take into account our processing time (2-3 days) in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout.

All initial jewelry pieces take 2-3 weeks to custom make and ship. Items not in stock can take between 6-8 weeks.

leMel offers FREE UPS Ground Shipping for orders in the US with a tracking number for orders over $300 (EXCEPT during annual sales, like our bday sale, black Friday sale, etc).

We also offer:

USPS First Class - $5.99*

USPS Priority - $9.99

Carrier based UPS 2nd day and UPS overnight are calculated at checkout.

Important Notes

• We will combine pieces into the least amount of boxes we feel appropriate unless otherwise noted in your order.
• A signature is required for shipments sent via UPS unless ROUTE is purchased.
• UPS does NOT deliver on Saturdays.
• We cannot ship UPS to PO boxes.
• All shipping charges are non-refundable.

LeMel allows for returns and exchanges to be made on eligible, stocked, unworn merchandise within 7 calendar days of you receiving your order. During our Black Friday Early Sale we will only offer exchange for store credit, there will be no refunds.

Items purchased from Nov - Dec. are eligible for an extended exchange or store credit window till January 6th with no refunds offered.

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on customized jewelry, initial necklaces, custom sized beaded bracelets, rings that have been sized or special ordered, engraved items, custom sized necklaces, custom ordered pieces, etc.

LeMel has beautiful jewelry and they are so helpful. It is so easy to purchase gifts online then have them delivered or if you are in Houston ,run by the store and pick up! I highly recommend this company!
