When Should I place my order to receive by Christmas?

For guaranteed delivery by December 24th please order by the following dates:

Customized Jewelry takes 6-8 weeks to ship.

For the Birthstone Necklaces and Name Bangles order by November 4th
For Initial Bracelets and Necklaces, order by December 15th
For Family Heart Pendants, Diamond Initial Charms, Gold Name Necklaces, and Diamond Name Necklaces, order by December 2nd

December 15th standard shipping (UPS Ground & USPS Priority)
December 21st UPS 2nd Day
December 22nd UPS Overnight

Do you offer gift notes and wrapping?

Yes! Gift wrapping is available for $5 per item and includes our signature LeMel packaging and ribbon. You can also add a personalized gift note at checkout.

Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?

Yes! We offer USPS Priority and UPS 2nd Day and Overnight shipping options for an additional fee. You can select your preferred speed at checkout.

What if I need a gift fast?

We have an in-stock and ready to ship collection curated with some of our best-seller just for you!

Can I ship gifts directly to someone else?

Absolutely. Just enter their shipping address at checkout—we’ll handle the rest (and won’t include pricing inside the box!).

What is Your Return Policy?

Holiday Return Policy
Shopping early? You’re covered. Anything you buy between November 20 and December 24, 2026 can be exchanged or returned for store credit through January 11, 2027, so your gifts have plenty of time to find the right home. If you’d rather have a refund, return your item within 7 days of purchase.

Items bought during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or any other promotional sale can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. No refunds.
