We take about 3-4 weeks to craft your custom piece initial necklace or bracelet. from start to finish. Each piece receives individual attention from our skilled jewelers to ensure it's perfect for you. If you’re on a tight timeline, we offer a rush option for a $75 fee that speeds up production and ships your piece within 1–2 weeks. You’ll see the option to select rush service right on the product page.
With the exception of The Initial Necklaces and Bracelets, our custom pieces take about 6-8 weeks to make. This includes: The Birthstone Necklace, The Family Heart Pendant, The Diamond Name Bangle, and both the 14K Gold and Gold plated Name Necklaces. We try to keep our the letters for The Diamond Initial Charm Necklace in stock, but if out of stock the charm will take 6-8 weeks to make.
Absolutely! You can add as many as you’d like by purchasing extra initials through our "Add an Initial" or "Add a Diamond Initial" products. Just choose the number you’d like to add, leave us a note at checkout with the order you want them in, and we’ll follow up by email with a mock-up for approval.
Absolutely! This is one of our favorite features. You can add initials anytime $100 each for plain gold initials and $200 each for diamond initials, plus return shipping. Just purchase "Add an Initial" or "Add a Diamond Initial" and we will email you instructions on how to send us your bracelet!
Yes! Each bracelet can be customized with up to two diamonds, birthstones, or charms when you order. If you’d like to add more than two, or if you decide to add one later, we also offer individual add-ons: "Add a Diamond", "Add a Birthstone", and "Add a Charm."
Our Initial bracelets are available in 6.25", 6.5", and 7" lengths. We recommend measuring your wrist and adding .05" for comfortable fit. For more information on sizing visit our jewelry sizing page. If you need a size beyond our standard options, simply leave a note at checkout with your preferred size and send us an email. We’ll be happy to help with custom sizing—bracelets in the 7.5"–8" range typically carry an additional $25 charge.
Use a soft jewelry cloth for regular cleaning. For deeper cleaning, gentle soap and warm water work well. Avoid harsh chemicals and ultrasonic cleaners.
Yes! Our gold-filled and 14k gold initial bracelets are designed for everyday wear, including showering and swimming. Just dry thoroughly afterward.

Solid gold letters offer classic, timeless elegance. Diamond letters feature beautiful pavé diamonds for extra sparkle and glamour. The Diamond initials are just ever so slightly larger, but still give the delicate and dainty look of the solid gold initials.
Due to the personalized nature of initial jewelry, we don't accept returns. However, we're happy to work with you on sizing adjustments or modifications.
