How do I earn points?

Every purchase you make with your email earns you points. For every $1 you spend, you earn 1 point.

You can also earn points by following us on Instagram or TikTok, leaving a review for a past purchase or share your birthday. Click here to get started!

How do I redeem my points?

When you earn points, you will receive an email. You can either click 'redeem your points' in that email or log in and apply your discount directly on the site.

Do my points expire?

Yes, points expire one year after they are earned.

When can I use my points?

Points are applicable on full priced items, and can be redeemed in increments of $5, up to $50. You must have a points balance of 100 to start redeeming points. Applicable on orders over $150.

Points discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes.

How much are my points worth?

Points function like cash or a gift card at checkout. 100 points = $5 off.

How is my Vault Tier determined?

Tiers are based on how much you spend with LeMel. Once you've attained Silver, Gold or Platinum, your status is valid for the next 12 months.

Maintain your tier by shopping with us at least once per year. If you have not reached the level to maintain your level at the end of the period, your status will be adjusted to the level below.

What happens if I return my order?

Points earned on refunded orders will be automatically removed from your account once the cancellation and/or refund is processed. If you exchange your order, the points will remain.

Can I use my points in the store?

Yes, absolutely! Just let the store associate know you'd like to use your points and they will apply them at checkout. Points can be redeemed in increments of $5.

Do Loyalty points apply to wholesale accounts?

Wholesale purchases are not eligible for loyalty points or discounts.
