Don't fret, we can fix it!

Jewelry is delicate by nature but we understand that accidents can happen, even with the finest materials.

Up to 6 months after purchasing a LeMel fine jewelry piece, we’ll repair at no charge for the following things: loose stones, missing stones, broken clasp, and broken chain. For fashion jewelry, our free repair window is 12 weeks. Repairs typically take 2-3 weeks, once we have received the item back. We understand you’ve gotten used to wearing it every day and you’ll want it fixed and back in your hands as soon as possible!

Outside of the 6 month or 12 week window? Or have a non-LeMel piece you’d like us to fix? We will provide repair and shipping quotes for you to confirm before proceeding. Please view the chart below to view our typical repair costs.

Items subject to normal wear and tear are not covered by the LeMel warranty (including - stretched chain, stretched stretchy bracelets, cracked, dented or mis-shaped rings or bangles, or chipped stones).

With your return please be sure to: Include a copy of your original order receipt, include a return address, request a signature confirmation service from your shipping carrier so you can track the package, and apply applicable insurance. Customer must email hello@shoplemel.com their shipping tracking number. LeMel is not responsible for returns lost in the mail. LeMel does not cover any lost packages.

After 90 days of notification that your jewelry is ready for pickup, LeMel will no longer be liable for items left in its possession.

If there is a fee associated with your repair, you will be contacted for authorization to proceed with an estimate prior to completing any work. For 12 weeks after purchasing a LeMel piece, we’ll make a first repair to any of our 14k gold items at no charge. We know by then you’ve gotten used to wearing it every day and you’ll want it fixed and back in your hands as soon as possible!
