LeMel Warranty Repairs
14K Fine Jewelry: Free repairs within 6 months of purchase
Fashion Jewelry: Free repairs within 3 months of purchase
Covered repairs include (normal wear and tear):
-Loose stones
-Missing stones
-Broken clasps
-Broken chains
Not covered by warranty:
-Stretched chains
-Stretched elastic bracelets
-Cracked, dented or misshapen rings/bangles
-Chipped stones
-Damage beyond normal wear and tear
Most repairs take 3 weeks after we receive your item. We understand you miss your favorite piece and work quickly to return it to you!

LeMel is not responsible for returns lost in shipping. Items left unclaimed for more than 30 days after repair completion will no longer be our responsibility.
With your return please be sure to: Include a copy of your original order receipt, include a return address, request a signature confirmation service from your shipping carrier so you can track the package, and apply applicable insurance.
