RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At LeMel, we want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for up to 30 days after purchase.

Items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact

Exchanges can be processed for store credit or a different item of equal value

For exchanges of different value items:

Higher priced item: You'll be charged the difference. Lower priced item: We'll issue store credit for the difference.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

Items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless you have paid using Checkout+.

Exceptions

Custom and personalized pieces are final sale. This includes initial necklaces, custom sized beaded bracelets, rings that have been sized or special ordered, engraved items, custom sized necklaces, custom ordered pieces, etc.

Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Items purchased during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale period are only available to be exchanged. No money back.

Items purchased from Nov - Dec. are eligible for an extended exchange or store credit window till January 6th with no refunds offered.

Gift cards are non-refundable

We only accept returns from orders within the United Sates.
