Returns & Exchanges

Too big, too long, too short, too small or just not what you wanted?  

It’s not always easy buying jewelry online – we get it. 

Returns

leMel allows for returns to be made on eligible, stocked, unworn merchandise within 7 days of you receiving your order.  Please email us at hello@shoplemel.com and let us know that the item did not work out (and why if you don't mind) and we will send you the address to mail the item back to us. 

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on customized jewelry, initial necklaces, custom sized beaded bracelets, rings that have been sized or special ordered, engraved items, custom sized necklaces, custom ordered pieces, etc.  

Please ship the item back with your information (name, address, order number and reason) and insure it as you see fit.  Return shipping and insurance cost is paid for by the customer. leMel is not responsible for returns lost in the mail.  Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and process the refund (please allow 2-5 business days).

We will refund the original mode of payment (less any shipping costs). 

We only accept returns from orders within the United Sates. 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an unworn, eligible item please email us  at hello@shoplemel.com.  We will check for availability and send you the address to mail the exchange to.  In most cases we will need to refund your purchase and invoice you for the new item.   Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order. 

Shipping and insurance cost for exchanges is paid for by the customer. leMel is not responsible for exchanges lost in the mail.  

Custom Order Return Policy

All custom made, personalized pieces, engraved items, initial jewelry, sized rings, etc. are FINAL SALE. 

Pricing Adjustments

If an item you purchased at regular price has gone on sale, we are happy to offer a price adjustment on qualifying items within 24 hours of the original purchase date.
