You can add an initial to your leMel initial jewelry at anytime. Please note we will add the letter in the next available position that we see fit. We are unable to alter the positioning of the existing letters. Please leave any notes at checkout if you have special requests. We will do our best to accommodate them.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Order your new initial online on this page.
2. Mail us your necklace/bracelet to the address provided in your confirmation email (2418 Tangley Street Houston TX 77005). Make sure to insure the necklace for the original purchase price.
3. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to add the initial to your necklace or bracelet.
4. We will mail the finished piece back to you when it's ready!
P.S. there isn’t a limit to the number of initials we can add!
PLEASE READ - Packing Tips! When you mail us your jewelry, please send it untangled in a sealed plastic baggie. Mail your jewelry back in a padded bubble mailer or a small box. Do not send your piece back in a paper envelope, as it could get damaged or lost by the mail carrier. There will be additional charges if we have to untangle the piece ($15).
To estimate delivery time, please take into account our processing time (2-3 days) in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout.
All initial jewelry pieces take 2-3 weeks to custom make and ship. Items not in stock can take between 6-8 weeks.
leMel offers FREE UPS Ground Shipping for orders in the US with a tracking number for orders over $300 (EXCEPT during annual sales, like our bday sale, black Friday sale, etc).

Carrier based UPS 2nd day and UPS overnight are calculated at checkout.
