3. Please allow 3-4 weeks for us to add the charm to your necklace or bracelet.

4. We will mail the finished piece back to you when it's ready!

P.S. there isn’t a limit to the number of charms we can add!

PLEASE READ - Packing Tips! When you mail us your jewelry, please send it untangled in a sealed plastic baggie. Mail your jewelry back in a padded bubble mailer or a small box. Do not send your piece back in a paper envelope, as it could get damaged or lost by the mail carrier. There will be additional charges if we have to untangle the piece ($15).
