We reserve the right to ship only to the billing address.


We use USPS priority mail to ship all packages and provide each customer with a tracking number. 

Order Processing: Orders take 1-3 business days to process prior to shipment, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please read fully the product description that notes shipping times. Custom initial jewelry takes 2-3 weeks as noted on the product page.

Need something really quick? Email us before you check-out and we will get it to you right away (it just might be a few more $, though).

Too big, too long, too short, too small or just not what you wanted?

It’s not always easy buying jewelry online – we get it. 

We allow for returns and exchanges on any STOCKED piece of jewelry that has NOT been customized. 

Non-returnable items include all made to order items, all custom and personalized pieces, initial jewelry, engraved items, sized rings, & custom sized bracelets, etc.  

Items eligible for return must be returned in original condition within 7 days of receiving the order with a receipt.  We take 2-5 business days to process returns after receiving them. We will refund the original mode of payment (minus shipping costs).  We will send an email confirmation upon receipt of the returned item. 

If you would like to simply exchange it for a different piece, please include a note with instructions and we will gladly make the exchange, but don’t forget there will be shipping charges for any exchanges. 

All returns & exchanges must be sent back in a pre-paid package and we would recommend insurance just in case.  


Should one of your hand made beauties from leMel require a repair, please send us an email at with a photo and small description of the repair needed.  We will respond with mailing instructions and a quote, if necessary.  Don’t forget most of this jewelry is handmade with love, so it should be treated with love, too!  It’s fragile and stones can break.

We are happy to re-string any broken beaded bracelets for $10 + shipping costs.  If beads are missing we will apply a charge for the missing beads decided upon the number we have to add.  

Custom Orders:

If you would like us to make a custom piece for you please email us at with a brief explanation. We will respond with a price quote.  Please note that all custom orders are final sale. 


Should an item be backordered, we will email you as soon as we receive your order to let you know.  If it’s backordered that probably means you have good taste, and a lot of other people liked it, too!
