We will combine pieces into the least amount of boxes we feel appropriate unless otherwise noted in your order.
A signature is required for shipments sent via UPS unless NAVIDIUM is purchased.
UPS does NOT deliver on Saturdays.
We cannot ship UPS to PO boxes.

Items purchased from Nov - Dec. are eligible for an extended exchange or store credit window till January 12th with no refunds offered.

LeMel allows for returns and exchanges to be made on eligible, stocked, unworn merchandise within 7 calendar days of you receiving your order. During Site-wide or our Black Friday Sale we will only offer exchange for store credit, there will be no refunds.

Our collection spans solid 14k gold, gold-filled, thick gold plating styels - each product page specifies the material so you know exactly what you're getting. All pieces are crafted to be hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive ears.

Our 14K solid gold pieces are made to last a lifetime with no special care required. Gold-filled and thick gold plated styles are also highly durable and tarnish-resistant with normal wear - just avoid prolonged exposure to water, sweat, and perfume to keep them looking their best.

Yes - all LeMel earrings are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, whether 14k gold, gold-filled, gold plated.

Returns or exchanges are allowed on eligible, in-stock, unworn merchandise within 7 calendar days of receipt. Custom, engraved, initial, sized, sale or promo items are final sale.

4K pieces need very little - just occasional polishing. For gold-filled and gold plated styles, we recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or applying products. Keep in a cool, dry space.

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Free UPS Ground shipping in the U.S. for orders over $400 (exceptions apply during certain sales). Other methods: e.g., USPS First Class $5.99, USPS Priority $9.99; UPS 2-day/overnight calculated at checkout.

For the first 12 weeks after purchase, LeMel will repair verified issues (loose/missing stones, broken clasp/chain) at no cost. Outside that window, or for non-LeMel pieces, a quote and shipping cost apply.

For in-stock orders, allow 1-4 business days for processing plus shipping time. If the carrier marks as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, wait up to 5 business days, then file a claim (especially if you opted out of additional package protection).
