Please allow 1-3 business days for in-stock orders to be processed. For orders that are not not in-stock please allow 6-8 weeks for processing time. To estimate delivery time, please make sure to account for processing time and your selected shipping method.
If your item is out of stock we will contact you with an estimated ship date. You have 5 days once an out of stock order is placed to cancel the order.
Should an item be backordered, we will email you as soon as we receive your order to let you know. Most likely it will take 6-8 weeks to fulfill the order but we will provide you with a more accurate time frame in the email. If it’s backordered that probably means you have good taste, and a lot of other people liked it, too!

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We will always do our best to expedite all orders and ship as fast as we can. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. We can not be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is provided.
If a package is lost in the mail we will do our best to help locate it and begin the claim process. The claims process will fall on both leMel and the customer so it will be a team effort to get it resolved. We will not be able to issue a refund or replacement item until the claim is resolved.
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with a carrier tracking number will be sent.
