Shipping and Handling

Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed.  We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

To estimate delivery time, please take into account the processing time in addition to your shipping method.  If you have any rushes or questions please email us at hello@shoplemel.com.  We are always willing to give you an up to date shipping estimate or rush your order when possible.  

leMel offers free UPS Ground Shipping for orders in the US with a tracking number for orders over $300 (EXCEPT during annual sales, like our bday sale, black friday sale, etc). 

Please note all orders over $300 will REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UNLESS ROUTE IS PURCHSED.  If you would like this waived please email us at Hello@shoplemel.com within 2 days of placing your order.  

We also offer USPS Priority, UPS 2nd day overnight for an additional fee at checkout.  Shipping charges are listed at check out.  

We cannot ship UPS to PO BOXES.  

ESTIMATED shipping times:

USPS Ground Shipping - 2-7 business days

USPS Priority Mail - 2-3 business days

UPS 2nd day - 2 business days

UPS overnight - next business day  

Please note that UPS does NOT deliver on Saturdays.  

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  

Please note we will combine pieces into the least amount of boxes we feel appropriate unless otherwise noted in your order.
