For guaranteed delivery by December 25th, please order by the following dates:
In Stock Jewelry (Ships within 2-3 Business Days)
- USPS Ground Advantage / First Class Mail: Order by December 14th
- USPS Priority Mail: Order by December 15th
- UPS Ground: Order By December 13th (Delivery times vary based on destination, we recommend ordering early).
- UPS 2-Day Air: Order by December 19th
- UPS Next Day Air: Order by December 20th.
Delivery Timelines
To estimate delivery time, please take into account our processing time (2-3 days) in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout.
All initial necklaces and bracelets are can take up to 3-4 weeks to custom make and ship. Items not in stock can take between 6-8 weeks.
*please note: the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time.
leMel offers FREE UPS Ground Shipping for orders in the US with a tracking number for orders over $500 (EXCEPT during annual sitewide sales).

Carrier based UPS 2nd day and UPS overnight are calculated at checkout.

Important Notes
• We will combine pieces into the least amount of boxes we feel appropriate unless otherwise noted in your order.
• A signature is required for shipments sent via UPS unless NAVIDIUM is purchased.
• UPS does NOT deliver on Saturdays.
• We cannot ship UPS to PO boxes.
• All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items purchased from Nov - Dec. are eligible for an extended exchange or store credit window till January 12th with no refunds offered.
LeMel allows for returns and exchanges to be made on eligible, stocked, unworn merchandise within 7 calendar days of you receiving your order. During Site-wide or our Black Friday Sale we will only offer exchange for store credit, there will be no refunds.
WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on customized jewelry, initial necklaces, custom sized beaded bracelets, rings that have been sized or special ordered, engraved items, custom sized necklaces, custom ordered pieces, etc.
