When Should I place my order to receive by Christmas?

For guaranteed delivery by December 25th, please order by the following dates:

In Stock Jewelry (Ships within 2-3 Business Days)

  • USPS Ground Advantage / First Class Mail: Order by December 15th
  • USPS Priority Mail: Order by December 15th
  • UPS Ground: Order By December 12th (Delivery times vary based on destination, we recommend ordering early).
  • UPS 2-Day Air: Order by December 18th
  • UPS Next Day Air: Order by December 19th.
What are the Custom Jewelry Deadlines for Guaranteed Christmas Delivery?
  • Initial Necklaces and Bracelets: Order by November 21st (3-4 week production.) We do offer a $75 Rush fee for 1-2 week production time.
  • Family Heart Pendant: Friday, October 31st.
  • Custom Name Necklaces, The Birthstone Necklace, and The Diamond Name Bangle: Order by October 22nd
Do you offer gift notes and wrapping?

Yes! Gift wrapping is available for $5 per item and includes our signature LeMel packaging and ribbon. You can also add a personalized gift note at checkout.

Can I ship gifts directly to someone else?

Absolutely. Just enter their shipping address at checkout—we’ll handle the rest (and won’t include pricing inside the box!).

Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?

Yes! We offer USPS Priority and UPS 2nd Day and Overnight shipping options for an additional fee. You can select your preferred speed at checkout.

How do I track my holiday order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey. In-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days.

What if my order is delayed due to carrier issues?

Once packages leave our hands, delivery timing is managed by the carrier. Unfortunately, delays due to weather or postal service disruptions are outside of our control—but we’ll always do our best to help.

What if I need a gift fast?

We have an in-stock and ready to ship collection curated with some of our best-seller just for you!

What is your holiday return policy?

Typically exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, but for Holidays we are offering an extended store credit window through January 12th, 2026. You Can submit a return here.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Send an e-gift card instantly or shop a physical card in person.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
